By placing an order through Atualize Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure that you are fully informed about our return and refund procedures.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have up to 10 days after receiving your order to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn or unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Wrong size

5. Restocking Fee
- For items under $100 USD: a $20 USD restocking fee per item applies
- For items over $100 USD: a 20% restocking fee per item applies
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items
